By using meshuga.com or placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Pre-Order Terms

All current purchases are pre-orders. This means:

• No payment is collected today. Payment is processed only when your order ships (estimated Q1 2027).
• You are reserving your size and color selection. We will confirm your order details before shipment.
• Pre-orders are subject to production availability. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and you will owe nothing.
• You may cancel your pre-order at any time before payment is processed by emailing ohamm15@gmail.com.

Product Descriptions

All product images on meshuga.com are design visualizations. Actual product may vary slightly in color and finish. Specific features (including technical fabric treatments and hardware) are design specifications subject to manufacturing confirmation. Final product specifications will be confirmed before shipment.

Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to update prices before your order ships. If the price of your pre-ordered item increases, we will notify you before charging and give you the option to cancel.

Intellectual Property

MESHUGA, CloudWeave™, AirPort™, and all associated marks and designs are the property of Meshuga Healthcare Apparel. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Meshuga Healthcare Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. Pre-order customers will be notified by email of material changes.
