Returns After Shipment
We stand behind our product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
- 30-day return window — from the date your order is delivered
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
- Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge
Exchanges
Need a different size? We'll exchange it.
- Email ohamm15@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need
- Ship your item back (unworn, unwashed) and we'll send the correct size
- If your new size is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags
- Gift tokens and credits (non-refundable)
